Starting June 1st, one fully furnished room in this 3er WG becomes available long term. Located in Westend, a premier residential area close to Brixplatz/Reichsstraße with direct subway connection to TU/HU/city center EAST or WEST via U2, bus stop (104) almost in front of the house, or take a nice bike-ride along the river Spree to the TU.
Walking distance to Olympia Stadion and Grunewald for jogging, hiking. You can also use a pay-as-you-go car service like car2go or drivenow, the flat is located within their operating area.
The flat has just been renovated, new natural goat-hair carpet has been installed and a brand new kitchen with huge fridge, modern induction stove (quick as gas but less dangerous), and dishwasher has just been installed.
RENT (includes house costs and water):

We are offering a joint fixed-term contract (up to 30.09.2021) with potential prolongation for all three tenants - everyone has full rights and responsabilities. Of course, tenants may change. No jobcenter candidates, please.
Our bylaws limit access to international students and young professionals only, so you need to provide a non-German passport.
The contract starts March 1st, you would be the third to complement the WG.
The contract has a section about non-smoking because of the high-quality carpeting. If you still smoke, the room will have to be renovated when you move out (new carpet, new wall coating), respective costs will automatically be deduced from your security deposit.
Showings will be offered to candidates that bring the following paperwork/documentation
