Da ich ein Jobangebot in einer anderen Stadt bekommen habe muss ich leider mein schönes WG-Zimmer aufgeben.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet und enthält ein Fenster. Die Küche ist auch voll ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 15 m2 groß, mit Balkon, in ruhiger Lage mit Blick in den Garten.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, dass man ausziehen kann und aufgrund der Schubladen viel Stauraum schafft. Ein Schrank, großer Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind auch in der Miete enthalten.
Der Garten kann mit genutzt werden.
Im Home Office, zum Lernen und für einen gemütlichen Tag eignet sich das Zimmer perfekt, durch die Balkontür und das große Fenster ist es wunderschön hell.

Because of a job offer in a different city I unfortunately have to give up my room.
The bathroom contains a shower, a washing machine and a window. The kitchen is also fully equipped.
The room is approximately 15 m2, has a balcony, is located in a quiet environment and has a view of the garden.
It is furnished with a bed that can be extended and that has big drawers, a big desk and chair and a closet.
The garden can be used as well.
This room is perfect for working in home office, studying or a relaxed day at home. Because of the door to the balcony and the big window it ist wonderful and bright.
Die WG ist gut gelegen. Direkt gegenüber vom Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Park.
Die U2 (Station "Neu-Westend") ist zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen und man hat auch gute Möglichkeiten mit Bussen zu fahren. Parken kann man direkt am Straßenrand und ein Fahrrad kann man auch sicher abstellen.
In nur 5 min gelangt man zu Fuß zum nächsten Supermarkt, Bäcker, Post und die Hauptstraße entlang findet man alles, was man im Alltag benötigt.
Schön ist es auch in der Gegend spazieren zu gehen, man kann an die Spree gehen und weitere schöne Orte mit Teichen und kleinen Flecken der Natur entdecken.

The WG is in a good spot. There is a park opposite from the house.
The U2 (stop "Neu-Westend") can be reached within 10 minutes by foot and you can easily access busses. Spots for parking are available right on the street and there is a possibility to safely store your bike.
You can reach a supermarket, bakery and postoffice within only 5 minutes by foot and along the main road you can find everything you might need for everyday life.
The neighborhood is nice for taking walks along the Spree or other small spots with ponds and nature.
Die zwei Mitbewohner Rasmus und Rabert sind sehr nett und tolerant.
Gerne unterhalten wir uns mal in der Küche und im Alltag kommen wir gut miteinander zurecht.
Die WG ist sehr entspannt, es gibt einen Putzplan, der flexibel ist je nach dem, ob jemand mal mehr oder weniger zu tun hat arrangieren wir uns und es wir darauf geachtet, dass die gemeinsam genutzten Bereiche ordentlich gehalten werden.

The roommates Rasmus and Rabert are very nice and tolerant.
We like to talk in the kitchen and get along nicely in everyday life.
It is relaxed living together and we have a schedule for cleaning, wich is flexible and adjusts to our workloads. Everyone has an open eye for keeping the shared areas neat.
Die WG ist für Studenten und Berufsanfänger (Young Professionals) gedacht und das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, spätestens bis zum 01.04.
Eine Besichtigung mit Maske oder virtuell ist möglich.
