Unser kleines WG-Zimmer ist demnächst frei. Gesucht wird eine nette Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist mit allem möbliert was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Arbeitstisch, Kleiderschrank, Bett etc. Wir haben W-Lan-Internet.
Aktuell sind wir sind zwei Studentinnen (Web Design) und ein Freiberufler (IT, Basketball, Surfing). Eine Mitbewohnerin wird demnächst mit ihrem Freund zusammenziehen, deshalb wird ihr Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen wohlhabenden Gegend und es bestehen gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindungen (S-Bahnring, Busse, U7,U1). Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht! Schreibe uns bitte gleich, wann du in Berlin bist.

Our small shared room is soon free. We are looking for a nice roommate. The room is furnished with everything you need for daily life. Work desk, closet, bed etc. We have wifi internet. Currently we are two female students and one freelancer. One roommate will be moving in with her boyfriend soon, so her room will be vacant. We maintain a respectful and open relationship with each other, every now and then we cook, eat and play together. Cleanliness in the apartment is important to all of us.
The apartment is located in a quiet affluent area and there are good public transport connections (S-Bahnring, buses, U7,U1). We are looking forward to your message!

Wohlhabende sichere Gegend im Grüne, in der Näh von Halensee und Grunewaldsee und gleichzeitig am S-Bahn-Ring im Westen, sodass man schnell nach Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain & Co. kommen kann.
Alle großen Unis sind ebenfalls mit Fahrrad oder ÖPNV gut erreichbar.
Wir pflegen einen respektvollen und offenen Umgang miteinander, hin und wieder kochen, essen und spielen gemeinsam.
Uns ist sehr wichtig, dass es zwischenmenschlich passt und innerhalb der WG gerne gemeinsam etwas unternommen wird, wir uns über unseren Tag austauschen und offen und ehrlich aber lieb kommunizieren können. Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ist selbstverständlich.
