Hi everyone! :)
Lina is leaving our beloved apartment, which means that we, Dini and Nam, are looking for a new flat mate to join us in our WG, ideally starting on September 10th (but we are flexible and up until 1st of October can also be arranged) :)
Your future room is spacious (around 25 m2), bright (two big windows that get a lot of sunlight during the day) and, for 300€, it has everything you may need: a bed, mattress, a sofa, a closet, a dresser, a desk, a chair, curtains and a bookshelf (all this furniture is less than 2 years old).
Our flat is on the 4th floor and it is spacious (roughly 100 m2), with a fully equipped kitchen (which you are welcome to use anything), a storage room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The monthly rent for the room is 425 € warm (includes water, electricity, gas, the TV tax and the membership with the Mieterverein). The deposit is 630€ and the furniture 300€.
We are looking for someone wishing to stay long-term, as the new person should join us as main-tenant in the renting contract :)
Our apartment is very central and with very good connections: it is located in Charlottenburg, 5 minutes walking to U-Bahn Mierendorffplatz (U7), 10 minutes walking to S-Banh Jungfernheide and a bus stop right in front of the building (M27). Supermarkets (LIDL, ALDI, EDEKA and Netto) are also close by (5 minutes walking), as well as a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and services. However, it is also a calm, family-friendly neighbourhood and 10 minutes walking from the Spree. The Charlottenburg Palace and gardens are also near (20 minutes walking).
We are a very relaxed WG :) Dini is a PhD student and Nam is also finishing her PhD soon, so although we are quite busy at the moment, we are always open for a chat/coffee in the kitchen and occasionally organizing some dinners together.
