Das Zimmer ist ca 20qm groß, unterm Dach und dadurch mit Dachschrägen. Es ist fast rechteckig geschnitten. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Alle WG-Zimmer sind ca gleich groß. Bis auf Schreibtisch, Sessel und Couchtisch bleiben alle Möbel drin.
Die Wohnung besitzt außerdem ein Bad + extra Toilette, eine Küche und eine riesige Dachterrasse (siehe Fotos).
Room has approx 20sqm, two walls are slanted and the room is almost square. The room is furnished (except for table, and couch). The flat also has two bathrooms (one of wich is just toilet) and a kitchen plus a huuuge rooftop balcony.
Die Wochnung ist am U-Bhf Kaiserdamm (U2), nahe des ZOB und unmittelbar an der Ring S-Bahn Station Messe Nord/ ICC. In wenigen Minuten ist ein Edeka und in ca 10 Minuten Aldi und Rewe erreichbar.
Ungefähr gleich weit ist der Lietzensee inklusive Park entfernt und ca 20 Minuten dauert es bis zum Schloss Charlottenburg.
The flat is located at U-Bhf Kaiserdamm, ZOB and S-Bhf Messe Nord/ICC. Groceries are just 5-10 Minuten away (Edeka, Rewe, Aldi). About 10 minutes to lake Lietzensee and 20 min to Schloss Charlottenburg.
Es gibt 4 Bewohner, also wirst du mit 3 weiteren Menschen in dieser Wohnung wohnen. Alle Mitbewohner sind entweder Studenten oder gerade mit dem Studium fertig geworden. Das WG-Leben ist überwiegend zweckmäßig gelegentlich wird mal etwas zusammen unternommen, ist aber kein Muss.
Anna (21) studiert Eventmanagement und Touristik im Dualen Bachelor. Wechselt deswegen immer zwischen Uni- und Arbeitsalltag hin und her. Wenn mal etwas Zeit übrig ist, ist sie immer viel Unterwegs, auch mal außerhalb von Berlin.
Alex (25) hat soeben sein Studium in Informatik abgeschlossen und startet nun ins Arbeitsleben. In seiner Freizeit macht er viel Musik und Parkour/Radfahren/Kraftsport.
Robert (25) studiert Technische Informatik und hat das letzte Semester aufgrund von Corona in seiner Heimat in Baden-Württemberg verbracht. Je nach Präsenzanteil wird es ihn dieses Semester mehr oder weniger nach Berlin verschlagen.

Schreibt einfach ein wenig zu euch. Wer ihr seit, was ihr macht und wonach ihr gerade sucht. Treffen werden voraussichtlich vorerst über Zoom stattfinden.
Der Auszugstermin ist etwas flexibel, da ich noch nicht 100% sicher bin, ob ich das bis zum 10.10. alles über die Bühne bekomme. Aber das lässt sich dann ja klären.
Ich werde leider nicht auf alle Anfragen antworten können. Also schonmal sorry dafür.

The moving out date isn't 100% fixed righr now, not sure if I'll be able to finish everything until the 10th of october. But we can manage that later on.
