Hallo zusammen,
ich biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in einer super coolen WG in Wilmersdorf an. Das Zimmer ist groß und hat eine Fensterfront, die viel Licht in den Raum lässt. Ich werde meine Matratze im Zimmer lassen und es gibt Möglichkeiten um die Kleidung unterzubringen. Ihr könnt euch im Zimmer komplett ausbreiten, da ich meine Sachen alle in den Keller geräumt habe. Neben dem Zimmer könnt ihr die Küche (Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine) und das Badezimmer (Toilette & Dusche) ganz normal benutzen. Das Zimmer ist noch nicht eingerichtet, aber die Wohnung bietet alles was ihr zum Leben braucht. Also wenn euch das für einen Monat reicht, dann schreibt mir gerne und wir können uns zusammen das Zimmer ansehen!
Die Miete beträgt 500€ ohne weitere oder versteckte Kosten. Die Wohnung ist frei vom 01.12.2021 bis 04.01.2021.

Hello all,
I offer my room for temporary rent in a super cool WG in Wilmersdorf. The room is big and has a window front, which lets a lot of light into the room. I will leave my mattress in the room and there are possibilities to put clothes. You can spread out completely in the room, because I put all my stuff in the basement. Next to the room you can use the kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker) and the bathroom (toilet & shower) normally. The room is not furnished yet, but the apartment offers everything you need to live. So if that's enough for you for a month, then write me and we can look at the apartment together!
The rent is 500€ without any other or hidden costs. The apartment is free from 01.12.2021 to 04.01.2021.

Die WG ist im Stadtteil Wilmersdorf gelegen. Im direkten Umkreis gibt es den Volkspark Wilmersdorf und eine Innenstadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Anbindung ist echt komfortabel, weil man sowohl mit Straßenbahn und U-Bahn sehr schnell überall hinkommt. Sowohl am Tag als auch Nachts kommt eigentlich immer eine S-Bahn oder U-Bahn. Die Haltestelle Heidelberger Platz (S41, S42, S46, U3) ist 5 Min entfernt. Ansonsten seid ihr in maximal 10 Minuten an der Blissestraße (U7). Eine Bushaltestelle ist auch direkt vor der Tür.
The WG is located in the district of Wilmersdorf. In the immediate area, there is the Volkspark Wilmersdorf and a city center with numerous restaurants and stores. The connection is really comfortable because you can get everywhere very quickly by S-Bahn and subway. Both during the day and at night. The Heidelberger Platz stop (S41, S42, S46, U3) is 5 minutes away. Otherwise, you can reach Blissestraße (U7) in a maximum of 10 minutes. A bus stop is also directly in front of the door.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Maria, Jess und Mathis. Die drei sind super nett und alles andere als eine Zweck-WG.
Maria und Jess sind beide am studieren und Mathis arbeitet in einem Hotel. Besonders mit Mathis kann man immer mal ein Bier oder so zusammen trinken. Aber die beiden Mädels sind auch super offen und hilfsbereit. Über alle Mitbewohner würde ich sagen, das sie ziemlich unkompliziert sind. Alle kommen aus Deutschland, aber sprechen auch vorzügliches Englisch.
In der WG achten wir grundsätzlich immer auf Sauberkeit und nehmen Rücksicht auf die Privatsphäre!
Your roommates would be Maria, Jess and Mathis. The three of them are super nice and we are anything but a functional flat share.
Maria and Jess are both studying and Mathis works in a hotel. Especially with Mathis you can always have a beer or some drink together. But the two girls are also super open and helpful. About all roommates I would say that they are pretty uncomplicated. All of them are from Germany, but they also speak excellent English.
In the WG we always pay attention to cleanliness and take into account the privacy!
