Hallo, ich biete ein Zimmer in 2er WG an. Das Zimmer ist im Vergleich zum Preis sehr groß. Es hat auch einen eigenen Balkon, um im Sommer draußen zu sitzen. Das Bad wird mit dem anderen Mitbewohner geteilt. Es gibt eine große Küche, die mit 11 Personen geteilt wird. Die Küche wird von der Putzfrau gereinigt. Dieses Zimmer kann nur an Studenten vermietet werden. Eine Anmeldung in der Stadt ist möglich. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar. Die Miete für den ersten Monat kann je nach Einzugstermin angepasst werden.
Einzige Bedingung von meiner Seite ist, dass die Person, die einzieht, 60 Euro für einige Möbel, die ich im Zimmer lasse, bezahlen muss. Bei den Möbeln handelt es sich um Schrank, Regal, Metallschrank, Beenbag zum Sitzen und Sitzgelegenheiten für den Balkon. Hello, I am offering a room in 2er WG. The room is very big compared to the price asked. It also has its own balony to sit outside during summers. The Bathroom is shared with the other room mate. There is a big kitchen that is shared with 11 people. The Kitchen is cleaned by the maid. This room can only be offered to students. City registration is possible. The room is available from now. The rent of the first month can be adjusted according to the date of moving in.
Only requirement from my side is that, the person move in has to pay 60 Euro for some furniture that i am leaving in the room.
