I am looking for a new roomate for my lovely apartment in charlottenburg.
Here is some information that you would probably need to know :
1.Furniture: the room is furnished but you can decide if you want the furniture or you want to bring your own.
the aparment has all that you need: washing machine, nesspresso and so on..
2.Rent:
600 euro-all bills included ( also including internet )
3. Anmeldung:
You cannot do an anmeldung for this apartment.
4.Location
The aparment is super well conected ( Ubahn 1 minute away) and is in a lovely part of wilmersdorf ( Günzelkeiz ).
5.What am I whishing for?:
I am staying here with my dog Mara and we are looking for a new friend.
somenoe clean, nice, that would like to connect and share some moments together after work ( I am working full time so most of the days not home during the day).

There are many cafes and restaurant near by, as well as ku-damm for shoping.
If you want to go to kreuzberg to party, the U3 is one minute walk away.
There are many supermarkets as well as parks near by, Tiergarten ist 20 minutes walk away.

I am looking for a dog lover since Mara loves to cuddle and I am sure she would love to cuddle with you.
I am clean (as much as you can be when you have a dog), with a regular job and would be nice to conact to someone new.
