Die WG hat 3 Zimmmer, zwei Schalfzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer, welches vermietet wird ist 14 m^2 groß und voll möbliert. Ein höhen verstellbarer Schreibtisch mit zwei Monitoren und einer Docking-Station (Home-Office ready). Außerdem hat das Zimmer zwei Kommode und eine große Kleiderstange im industriellen Stil. Das Bett ist 140x200 cm groß. An der Wand ist ein Grafitto.
Die Küche ist voll Ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Elektro-Grill, Kaffemaschine, Reiskocher und wirklich vieles mehr.

The shared flat has 3 rooms, two bedrooms and a large living room. The room that is rented is 14 m^2 in size and fully furnished. A height-adjustable desk with two monitors and a docking station (home office ready). In addition, the room has two chests of drawers and a large clothes rail in industrial style. The bed is 140x200 cm in size. There is a graffiti on the wall.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric grill, coffee machine, rice cooker and really much more.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der U-Bahn Station Blissestraße (U7). In der direkten Umgebung sind Supermärkte, Drogerien und Banken, alles Fußläufig. Restaurants/ Buden wie z.B Inder, Döner, Burger und Sushi, alles ebenfalls Fußläufig. Mit der Bahn sind es 10 Minuten bis zum Kudamm oder der Schlossstraße (beides große Einkaufsstraßen mit allem was das Herz begehrt).

The apartment is directly at the subway station Blissestraße (U7). In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, drugstores and banks, all within walking distance. Restaurants/cours such as Indians, doner kebabs, burgers and sushi, all within walking distance. It is 10 minutes by train to the Kudamm or Schlossstraße (both large shopping streets with everything your heart desires).
Mein Mitbewohner ist 22 und studiert. Er ist freundlich und aufgeschlossen neuen Menschen gegenüber. Die WG ist ordentlich aber nicht Etepete, also Geschirr und so kann auch mal ein Tag in der Küche stehen sollte dann aber nicht Anfangen zu leben irgendwann. Es wird Abends gerne gekocht aber das ist natürlich freiwillig.

My roommate is 22 and studying. He is friendly and open-minded to new people. The shared flat is neat but not Etepete, so dishes and so there can also be a day in the kitchen but should not start living at some point. They like cooking in the evening, but that is of course voluntary.

Das WG Zimmer ist wirklich nur für den Zeitraum April - mitte Juni zu bewohnen. Es gibt KEINE Chance auf Verlängereung! Danach komme ich wieder aus dem Ausland und werde das Zimmer wieder beziehen.
