Ich (unter-)vermiete ein Zimmer in unserer 2er WG (ca. 25 m²) im Erdgeschoss eines klassischen Altbaus in Berlin-Charlottenburg (mit Anmeldung). Entsprechend verfügt das Haus über hohe Decken und teilweise auch Stuck. Durch den quadratischen Schnitt können die Möbel optimal platziert werden. Die GEZ-Gebühr ist in der Miete bereits enthalten.
I rent out a room (ca. 25 m²) in our shared flat ("2er WG") in the ground floor of a classical "Altbau" in Berlin-Charlottenburg (with registration). Accordingly, the house has high ceilings and stucco in most of the rooms. The quadratic structure of the room allows a nice placing of the furniture and gives a spacious impression. Also GEZ fee is already included in the rent.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer der besten Lagen Berlins im Osten von Berlin-Charlottenburg. Der Ku'damm ist ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt und der S-Bahnhof Savignyplatz (S3, S5, S7, S9) ist in ca. 5 Minuten erreicht. Im Viertel gibt es viele sehr schöne alte Häuser sowie einige Restaurants und Bars, was die Gegend zu einem sehr lebenswerten Ort macht. Auch Supermärkte (Aldi, Lidl und Edeka) sind innerhalb von ca. 10-15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders die TU Berlin ist sehr schnell zu erreichen (20 Minuten).
The flat is located in one of the best locations in Berlin in the quarter of Berlin-Charlottenburg. The famous boulevard Ku'damm (2 mins walk) and the well connected S-Bahn station Savignyplatz (S3, S5, S7, S9; 5 mins walk) are readily accessible. The quarter has a lot of beautiful old houses as well as many bars and restaurants, which makes it a very nice place to live. Supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl and Edeka) are within
walking distance (10-15 mins). Especially, the way to TU Berlin is very short (20 mins).
Dein Mitbewohner bin ich, Tobias, 36 Jahre alt. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne ins Fitness, spiele Tennis, gehe Joggen und im Sommer bin ich gerne baden. Ich würde mich als offene, kommunikative und zuverlässige Person beschreiben. Ich wünsche mir eine freundschaftliche Beziehung zu meinem Mitbewohner mit natürlich Freiraum für alle. Idealerweise hast du also Interesse an einem gemeinsamen WG-Leben, in dem man hin und wieder spontan etwas zusammen unternimmt.
Your flatmate is me, Tobias, 36 years old. In my free time I like to go to the gym, play tennis, go jogging and in summer I like to go swimming. I would describe myself as an open, communicative and reliable person. I would like to have a friendly relationship with my flatmate, with plenty of freedom of course. Ideally, you would be interested in a shared flat where you can spontaneously do things together from time to time.
Da mein aktueller Mitbewohner zum 30.04.2024 auszieht, suche ich einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin idealerweise zum 1. Mai. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib bitte ein paar Worte zu Dir, warum du in Berlin bist, wie für Dich ein angenehmes WG-Leben aussieht und wann du am liebsten einziehen würdest.
