ich vermiete mein altes Zimmer in Charlottenburg unter. Es ist in einer 3er WG mit zwei netten Mitbewohnern.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, da ich gerade umgezogen bin (das Foto mit Möbeln ist nur da um einen Eindruck zu vermitteln, wie das Zimmer aussehen könnte). Eine Matratze kann ich aber, falls nötig, zur Verfügung stellen. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug, Möbel können also relativ einfach in die Wohnung befördert werden. Außerdem ist an dem Zimmer ein Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Ab 1. Juni ist das Zimmer wieder vermietet, daher ist das Angebot leider befristet. Einzug geht ab sofort, der Auszug müsste bis zum 31. Mai erfolgen.
Im Preis von 460€ ist die Miete sowie alle Nebenkosten (inkl. WLAN) enthalten.

Hello,
I am subletting my old room in Charlottenburg. It is in a 3-person shared apartment with two nice roommates.
The room is unfurnished because I just moved (the picture with furniture is just to give an idea of how it could look). However, I can provide a mattress if needed. The house has an elevator, so furniture can be transported into the apartment relatively easily. There is also a balcony with a nice view. From June 1, the room is rented again, so the offer is unfortunately limited. Move in goes from now, the move out would have to be done by 31 May.
The price of 460€ includes the rent and all utilities (including WiFi).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn Station Mierrendorfplatz. Die TU ist sehr nah und auch FU und TU sind bequem in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Spree und der Schlosspark am Schloss Charlottenburg bieten angenehme Entspannung im Grünen. Die Ringbahn ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in close proximity to the subway station Mierrendorfplatz. The TU is very close, FU and TU can be reached comfortably in 30 minutes. The Spree River and the park at Schloss Charlottenburg offer pleasant relaxation in the greenery. The Ringbahn can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes.
Meine beiden ehemaligen Mitbewohner (M) studieren beide an der FU und sind sehr freundlich und offen. WG Rituale/Traditionen gibt es aber keine. Küche und Bad werden auf Basis eines Putzplans regelmäßig gereinigt.
