The room is located at the beginning of the apartment and has a large windows facing the quiet street. Everything you need will be inside. Chair, bed (140x200), closet (big but not in the picture), light etc.
The apartment itself is on the 4th floor which is agitating to reach but worth it when enjoying the long afternoon sun on the balcony. The street is quite quiet and offers many parking possibilities. If you have a bike you can store it in the courtyard!
Subway, S-Bahn and bus are all very easy to reach. Bus 2min. Ringbahn as well as Regio to Hbf in 8min and U7 in about 7min walk.
There are a few cute cafes in the area as well as all the stores you need.
We are Manjinder and Calvin. Mani is currently in his master's at the TU and I study poltics and economics. We are very easy-going people who are up for anything and everything. Like to go to the movies, theater or do sports in the Schloßpark or in the apartment.
The apartment is of course fully equipped. Kitchen things are all there and should be used with pleasure. Internet is of course there and everything else too :)
If you are generally interested in this flat or have any questions don't hesitate to text me. I will try to answer as quickly as possible.
For now, I will rent this room only for one month. But it is very likely that I'll move out permanently if I get a master program somewhere else. So there is the possibility of moving in long term.
