In unserer kleinen Charlottenburger WG ist über den Sommer (evtl. auch ab Oktober für länger) ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete Frei. Die Wohnung ist am Savignyplatz gelegen und mit dabei sind neben dem besagten Zimmer auch ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und eine gemütliche Küche. Und das beste ist, ihr habt Jake als Mitbewohner!
Das Zimmer hat ca. 15m2. Highlights sind ein Plateaubett bit Stauraum drunter (wird natrürlich weitgehend frei geräumt) und der Höhenverstellbare Schreibtisch.
In unserem riesigen Wohnzimmer gibt's einen Balkon, jede Menge zu lesen, Musikanlage und ein Klavier!
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht!
Direkt am Savignyplatz (S Bahn), nähe Kudamm und Zoo, sehr nah an der TU, Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wir sind Jake und Lisa und wir sind seit vielen Jahren befreundet und leben zusammen in der WG. Jake ist freischaffender Musiker (zumeist Klassik). Lisa ist grade mit ihrer Dr Arbeit fertig und geht über den Sommer ins Ausland, das heißt Du würdest mit Jake zusammen wohnen. Das Zusammenleben ist eingentlich durchweg entspannt und unkompliziert! Der Vibe ist nicht so sehr party-WG sondern eher gechillt!
Hi! We are Lisa and Jake. We've been friends and living together for a pretty long time. Our little WG is friendly and cosy, as well as being very central (close to TU, Savignyplatz, Zoo etc). Lisa is gone for the summer so her room will be free in this time. Highlights of the room are a 2x2m plattform bed and a desk that works for sitting and standing. There is also a living room with a piano and plenty of space to chill, read and listen to music. The kitchen also has everything you might need! We're a pretty relaxed bunch, not a Party WG, but nice and uncomplicated! Looking forward to hearing from you!
