I'm offering a room in a historical building, in the Charlottenburg area, in front of Lietzensee-park. It is a particular vintage and historical building undergoing just renovated.
The garden is shared and faces the lake.
the area is well connected both by u bahn and s bahn, bus. The stops are nearby. The area tends to be quiet and well lit in some places in the evening. The apartment is shared with serious and friendly people, and quiet, and is located on the fourth floor of the building. There is a spacious entrance, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and 4 bedrooms. The room has two beds, a large desk and various other essentials...There is good connection internet and wifi (over 50mb).

Ich biete ein Zimmer in einem historischen Gebäude im Bezirk Charlottenburg, gegenüber dem Lietzensee-Park. Es handelt sich um ein besonders altes und historisches Gebäude, das im letzten Teil der Renovierung ist.
Der Garten wird mitbenutzt und liegt direkt am See.
Die Gegend ist sowohl mit der U- und S-Bahn als auch mit dem Bus gut angebunden. Die Haltestellen sind in der Nähe. Die Gegend ist tendenziell ruhig und abends an einigen Stellen gut beleuchtet. Die Wohnung ist mit seriösen und freundlichen Menschen geteilt, und ruhig, und befindet sich im vierten Stock des Gebäudes. Es gibt einen geräumigen Eingang, zwei Bäder, eine Küche und 4 Schlafzimmer. Das Zimmer hat zwei Betten, einen großen Schreibtisch und verschiedene andere wichtige Dinge... Es gibt eine gute Verbindung Internet und Wifi (über 50mb).
Pro Nacht/kurzer Zeit. (maximal 4/6 Wochen, eventuell verlängerbar, mit einer Pause zu vereinbaren). Lange Zeit eventuell zu vereinbaren

Very close. Bus stop 1/2 minute walk from the house, ringbahn 5 minutes walk and sbahn about 5/10 minutes walk from the house
