Ich suche einen neue Mitbewohner/in.
Die Wohnung ist extrem schön und die Ausstattung gehoben —>mit Dachterasse . Es gibt eine Wama, einen Trockner in einem separatem 2. Bad, eine Dusche und Badewanne im 1. Bad, eine Geschirrspülmaschine in einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Kochinsel etc.. Ich habe einige Möbel, die du auch mitbenutzten darfst. Im Sommer gibt es viele Sonnenstrahlen auf der Terrasse-☺️ wo ich gerne viel zeit verbringe. Ich arbeite häufig von zu Hause, da ich in der Softwareentwicklung tätig bin passiert alles online. Ab und an bin ich geschäftlich unterwegs beim Kunden.
Das Zimmer mit dem Ball wäre deins und ist unmöbliert.
Die Ubahn Fehrbellinerplatz mit u3/7 ist direkt in 2 min erreichbar.. Der Kudamm, Kantstr in Laufnähe und zum Grunewald kommt man in 10min mit dem Bus. Nach Kreuzberg sind es 30min mit der U3. Kottbussertor ist zB 30 min entfernt.
Ich suche ein unkompliziertes nettes Zusammenleben. Alles kann nichts muss. Wichtig wäre mir, dass man aufeinander Rücksicht nimmt und es keine reine Zweck Wg ist.
Ansonsten bin ich ein offener und herzlicher Mensch und bin für alles ausser Drogen etc zu haben ;). Ich habe in verschiedenen WGs gewohnt und Freunde fürs Leben gefunden. Wenn ich Zeit habe komme ich gern mit auf kulturelle Veranstaltungen, vino oder cafe etc.

I'm looking for a new roommate on a trial basis for a few months. If it fits, it can also become something permanent and we get along well.
The apartment is extremely nice and the furnishings in thr bathroom (sink etc) are upscale —>with a roof terrace facing south. There is a washinh machine, a dryer in a separate 2nd bathroom, a shower and bathtub in the 1st bathroom, a dishwasher in a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, etc so enough space in 103sqm. I have some furniture that you can also use. In the summer there are rays of sunshine on the terrace ☺️ where I like to spend a lot of time. I often work from home; since I work in software development, everything happens online now. However I am a freelancer and might wotknim different vitirs from time to time.
The room with the ball would be yours and is unfurnished. In case you need a few things like bed and something to store cltohinh I have some stuff that can be provided.
The Fehrbellinerplatz subway with U3/7 can be reached directly in 2 minutes. The Kudamm, Kantstrasse are within walking distance and Grunewald can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. It's 30 minutes to Kreuzberg on the U3. The Kottbusser Tor, for example, is 30 minutes away.
I'm looking for an uncomplicated, nice life together. i am open minded and quite spontanous but sometimes need time gor myself to relax from my hectic work. It would be important to me that people show consideration for each other and that it is not just a purpose (Zweck WG) to live together. But you have to try it out right!? In a nutshell:
I'm a warm person and am up for anything except drugs etc ;).
Be it at cultural events, vino or café etc.
