ich vermiete mein wunderschönes Zimmer in meiner 3-er WG in Charlottenburg vom 3. September bis zum 8. Oktober 2023 unter. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert und verfügt über einen eigenen (Südwest-) Balkon mit Blick auf die Spree und den dahinterliegenden Schlosspark auf dem man super ein Glas Wein (oder so) bei Sonnenuntergang genießen kann.
Zum Rest der Wohnung:
Bad und Küche sind komplett neu gemacht worden als wir hier zu dritt eingezogen sind im Dezember 2021. Im Hinterhof ist es möglich, Fahrräder sicher zu verstauen.
Zur Location:
Die S+U-Bahnstation Jungfernheide (Ringbahn) ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, also ist man hier sehr gut angebunden. Ein paar nette Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenso 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Rewe, Lidl, Netto).
Wenn du Interesse hast, dann melde dich doch einfach bei mir mit ein paar Zeilen über dich und was dich für die Zeit nach Berlin treibt. Wenn es passt, können wir gern einen Termin für ein (Online-)Gespräch ausmachen, damit man sich ein bisschen kennenlernt 😊

Hi,
I’m subletting my beautiful room in Charlottenburg from September 3rd - October 8th 2023. The room is fully furnished and features a (southwest-facing) balcony overlooking the river Spree and the Schlosspark which is the perfect spot for a drink during golden hour.
Both the bathroom and the kitchen have been newly renovated in December 2021. In the backyard, there’s room to store your bike as well, if you have one.
Locationwise, it really doesn’t get much better. We’re five minutes away from the S+U Jungfernheide which is right on the ring train that goes all the way around the city. A few nice coffee shops and supermarkets are also within walking distance.
If you’re interested, just send me a few sentences about yourself and what brings you to Berlin. If we think you’re a good fit, we can schedule an online meeting so you we can get to know each other a little bit 😊
