This really big room is about 40m² and is priced at 690€ per month. It is furnished with two large desks and accompanying desk chairs, along with two standard chairs and two comfy armchairs.
A drying rack, a fan and desk lamps are available. For sleeping there is a bunk bed available with sheets, pillows, and blankets. For storage there are three cupboards, and there's a clothes basket and lastly a bin.
The room features decorative plants, a sofa, and a large wardrobe with hangers and clothes boxes. It has a balcony, along with four windows for natural light.
Included are a coffee table, printer, and a big whiteboard. Curtains were originally not provided and were bought by the current flatmate. They don't have to be taken over, but can optionally be for their original cost of 150 €.
The room is available for the next person to take over. :)
Charlottenburg is one of the most noble parts of the city :). The Charlottenburg Palace is close by, with a beautiful garden/park. There is also a park right next door, and the famous Gedächtniskirche. There is a public pool just 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. And if you need to go shopping there is Wilmersdorfer Straße.
Public transport is 6 minutes away (Underground) or Bus (1-3 minutes).
The TU is 10 minutes away by bike or bus.
We are 3 people; Devin, Benjamin and Oya.
Devin will be working from home again starting Sept. 13 and she is the Graphic Designer/Marketing/Social media manager for a small opera academy. She sings as well so you may hear loud operatic noises coming from her room. She streams on Twitch as a hobby mostly at night. She enjoys time outside the sun and doing crafts as her hobby.
Ben is a social worker and is during the day usually not at home and leaves the flat fairly early. In his free time he likes to cycle and is attempting to learn the guitar which is going rather slowly. He also is a big fan of Pizza and is happy to talk about it any given moment.
Oya is doing her master’s in economics at HU. She likes to go for walks when the sun is shining. Tries to do sports regularly but failing and spends unfortunately a lot of time in the library!
We also sometimes spend time in the kitchen together, go to a bar or have game nights.
Being clean and tidy is really important for us. Common areas should always be kept clean and tidy after use.
