In unter 5min zu Fuß an der U7 (Richard-Wagner-Platz: U7, M45, N7) und in weniger als 10min an der U2 (Deutsche Oper: U2, N2). Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist fantastisch.

Zur Erholung sind Schlossgarten Charlottenburg, Tiergarten und der Lietzenseepark gut mit dem Fahrrad in 10min zu erreichen.

ich bin Golo, 24 Jahre alt und habe diese hübsche Bude ergattert ^^
Zur Zeit studiere ich Umweltinformatik, schaue mich nach einem neuen Job im Umweltbereich um und probiere mich sehr gerne in verschiedensten Sportarten aus, welche aktuell Turnen und Rennradfahren sind (disclaimer: nein ich bin nicht sportlich).
Kunst und Kultur gehören ebenfalls zu meiner Leidenschaft, sei es schaffend oder betrachtend.

Das WG-Leben stelle ich mir kommunikativ, achtsam und gemeinschaftlich vor.
Mir ist Raum und Zeit für mich wichtig, aber ich habe ebenfalls große Lust mit Dir gemeinsame Kochabende zu veranstalten oder das Viertel zu erkunden.
Schreibe bitte "Frische Luft" in dein Anschreiben als Zeichen dafür, dass Du auch keine Lust auf eine Zweck-WG hast.

I'm Golo, 24 years old and got hold of this nice place ^^
I'm currently studying environmental informatics, looking for a new job in the environmental field and I like to try myself out in different sports, which are currently gymnastics and road biking (disclaimer: no I'm not athletic).
Art and culture are also part of my passion, be it creating or contemplating.

I imagine the WG-life to be communicative, mindful and communal.
Space and time for myself is important to me, but I'd also love to organize cooking evenings with you or to explore the neighborhood.
Please write "fresh air" in your message as a sign that you don't want to live in a purpose-built flat-share either.

Da es meine erste WG-Gründung ist, wo ich die vertraglichen Hosen anhabe, möchte ich das WG-Zimmer vorerst auf 6-12 Monate (gib einfach Bescheid was Dir lieber ist) befristen. Im Laufe der Monate finden wir ja beide heraus, ob es passt und der Vertrag entsprechend unbefristet verlängert wird.

Wie du siehst, siehst Du in der Wohnung herzlich wenig.
Das Vermietungsunternehmen ist so nett und gibt uns ein Taschengeld (570€) um die Renovierungsarbeiten zu leisten.
Dabei können wir machen was wir wollen.
Aus meiner aktuellen Wohnung kann ich einiges mitnehmen, was insbesondere die Einrichtung der Küche günstiger macht.

Du siehst, bei Einzug wird die Wohnung nicht fertig sein. Ich erwarte nicht, dass Du selbst in den Geldbeutel greifst, allerdings würde ich mich über Unterstützung bei Umzug und Renovierung freuen, genauso biete ich Dir auch meine Hilfe für Umzug und Renovierungsarbeiten in Deinem Zimmer an.

Wenn Du Lust auf ein Kennenlernen hast schreib mich einfach an, lass mich ein paar Dinge über Dich wissen und ich melde mich bei Dir ^^

Since it is my first WG foundation, where I have the contractual pants on, I would like to limit the WG room for the time being to 6-12 months (just let me know what you prefer). In the course of the months we both find out whether it fits and the contract is extended accordingly indefinitely.

As you can see, you see very little in the apartment.
The rental company is so nice and gives us an allowance (570€) to do the renovation work.
Thereby we can do what we want.
From my current apartment I can take some things with me, which makes especially the furnishing of the kitchen cheaper.

You see, when you move in, the apartment will not be ready. I don't expect you to reach into your wallet yourself, but I would be happy to help you with moving and renovation. I also offer you my help for moving and renovation work in your room.
