This is a beautifully and recently furnished room, super sunny for the big windows but also very dark when you need it because of the good quality black-out curtains.
It has a super comfortable spring bed.
The room faces the front of the building but it is still very quiet because it is a small street with less traffic.
The room was recently made meant to be an Airbnb rental but we will give it a shot in here for around 3 months.
Our kitchen is very well equipped, also with a dishwasher so it helps to keep it as clean as possible all the time.
We also have a basement where you can store some things like your suitecases while you stay here.
About the location:
Just amazing, with many good things in a walking distance.
- U2 and U7 (2 blocks)
- 2 blocks to Lidl,Rewe,Penny, etc.
- 2 blocks to John Reed gym and Superfit gym
- Shopping with many brands and a food court.
- Wilmersdorfer Strasse (pedestrian street full of stores)
- Public pool
About the main tenants:
- We are a 29 years old couple from Latin America living in the room besides this one.
- Super open minded, Berlin style.
- We both work a lot and one of us mostly from home.
- We love to eat home made and healthy food so we also spend some time in the kitchen every day.
- Non smokers
Miscelaneous:
Shufa and working contracts are not big deal for us, we were also once moving here for the first time :)
