Wir suchen eine/n Zwischenmieter für 1 großes Zimmer in unserer geräumigen und einladenden Wohngemeinschaft. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre und erstreckt sich über großzügige 121 qm mit 4 Schlafzimmern, einem gemütlichen Ess-/Wohnzimmer, 2 Bädern, einem einladenden Flur, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, einer großzügigen Terrasse und einem idyllischen Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Die neu gedämmte Fassade sorgt für eine behagliche Atmosphäre, während die großen Fenster viel natürliches Licht in die Räume lassen.
Das zur Verfügung stehende Zimmer bietet ca. 28qm Platz und besticht mit einem wundervollen Blick in unseren grünen Garten. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 650€ warm, inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Zusätzlich inbegriffen ist eine Putzhilfe, die einmal wöchentlich die Gemeinschaftsräume reinigt.

Firstly, the room is currently being cleared and tidied, which is why there is such a mess in the pictures. This will be cleared up before you move in.
We are looking for a temporary tenant for 1 large room in our spacious and inviting shared flat. Our flat is located on the mezzanine floor and covers a generous 121 sqm with 4 bedrooms, a cosy dining/living room, 2 bathrooms, an inviting hallway, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious terrace and an idyllic garden that invites you to relax. The newly insulated façade creates a cosy atmosphere, while the large windows allow plenty of natural light into the rooms.
The available room offers approx. 28 square metres of space and impresses with a wonderful view of our green garden. The monthly rent is €650 warm, including all utilities. Also included is a cleaner who cleans the communal areas once a week.

Es ist uns wichtig, dass unsere WG eine lebendige Gemeinschaft ist, in der wir nicht nur zusammenwohnen, sondern auch miteinander leben. Sauberkeit und Respekt sind uns dabei besonders wichtig. Wir genießen gemeinsame sportliche Aktivitäten, gesellige Abende, zusammen auf Parties zu gehen, kulinarische Kochsessions und laden gerne Freunde ein. Dabei schätzen wir jedoch auch die Möglichkeit, uns in unserem Zuhause zurückziehen zu können und persönlichen Raum zu haben. Du solltest eine offene und tolerante Person sein und vorzugsweise auch Englisch sprechen können.
Unsere Mitbewohner: Mati, 32 Jahre alt, stammt aus Argentinien und arbeitet in einem Hotel. Nebenbei spielt er gerne Klavier und betreibt Sport wie Bouldern, Yoga oder Calisthenics. Er ist eine weltoffene Persönlichkeit, die es liebt, neue Menschen kennenzulernen. Lena, 26 Jahre alt und aus Leipzig, ist Apothekerin und Yogalehrerin. Sie ist eine fröhliche und aktive Person, die gerne neue Dinge ausprobiert und viel reist. Johannes, 31, arbeitet nun für einen Monat in Thailand, weswegen das große Zimmer frei wird für die Zeit.
