Hi to our future flatmate, a friend and I are starting a lovely flat in an old beautiful apartment here in Berlin. We are preferably looking for someone who is in the creative industry since I am a photographer and my flat mate studies film.
We are looking towards creating a flat where creative minds can collaborate on different projects whilst enjoy ing our time during our studies. We will approximately rent the apartment for 2 years.
Your room will be located in the far side of the apartment, after the living room, kitchen and bathroom. In total the apartment has 4 rooms excluding the kitchen, bathroom and hallways. The apartment building is very old and therefore the ceilings are about 4 meters high.
In addition to the deposit we are estimating about 1-1.5k € per Person will be required for decorating the living room, buying utensils, kitchen ware, fridge and maybe a dishwasher. Your room will be empty, kitchen and bathroom will already be furnished.
The utility cost is not yet certain since we do not know how much the (warm) costs will be. Our given utility cost is only an estimate.
We are preferably looking for someone who can share our same creative spirit, is clean and will positively add to our flat. And also, if you’re interested in learning and sharing languages, that would only be a bonus!
