Hi everyone,
for one month (11 April - 11 May) I won't be in Berlin and I'd like to sublet my beautiful room.
An official registration in possible.
The room has a ceiling height of 3.2 meters with windows almost 2 meters high.
The windows are facing east, so the sun shines into the room until 1 p.m.
The kitchen is large and bright and has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub.
Additionally, there is a small room where smoking is allowed.
Für einen Monat (11. April - 11. Mai) werde ich nicht in Berlin sein.
Ich suche für mein lichtdurchflutetes und ruhiges Zimmer eine*n Mieter*in.
Die Anmeldung ist möglich.
Das Zimmer hat eine 3,2m hohe Decke mit knapp 2m hohen Fenstern.
Im Zimmer sind die Fenster nach Osten ausgerichtet, dadurch scheint die Sonne bis 13 Uhr ins Zimmer.
Die Küche ist groß und hell und hat eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Das Bad hat eine Wanne.
Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Raum, in dem geraucht werden kann.
The apartment is located at a strategic point in Charlottenburg, on Windscheidstraße, just a two-minute walk from Sophie-Charlotte-Platz U-Bahn station (U2) and an eight-minute walk from Bismarckstraße U-Bahn station (U7). Charlottenburg S-Bahn station is reachable within a 10-minute walk. Charlottenburg Palace is a ten-minute walk away.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an einem strategischen Punkt in Charlottenburg, in der Windscheidstraße, nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Station Sophie-Charlotte-Platz (U2) und acht Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Station Bismarckstraße (U7) entfernt. Die S-Bahn-Station Charlottenburg ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Schloss Charlottenburg ist zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
In the shared apartment live two girls, both 28 years old. Both are very nice, work, and are not often at home. you could speak with them one of these language at your choice: German, English, Italian, and French :)
In der WG leben zwei Mädchen, beide 28 Jahre alt. Beide sind sehr nett, arbeiten und sind nicht oft zu Hause. Hier sind die Sprachen, die wir gerne sprechen: Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch und Französisch :)

In the room, I have designer pieces and valuable furniture for which I require a deposit of 400 euros, which will be refunded, of course, if no damage occurs.
Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten: Highspeed-Internet, Strom, Wasser und Heizung.
Im Zimmer habe ich Designstücke und wertvolle Möbel, für die ich eine Kaution von 400 Euro verlange, die selbstverständlich zurückerstattet wird, wenn kein Schaden entsteht.
