beautiful 100 squaremeter flat with a big livingroom, two big balconies, big bathroom and three rooms.
The room to rent is about 16 sqaremeters, very quiet and bright, as the flat is in the 5th floor. The room can be rented fully furnished or part furnished.
I am a 56 years german lady and looking for a woman to move in.
It´s a nice and calm aerea, the big forest Grunewald is ten minutes away by bike, the olympic stadion and olympic pool ist 7 minutes away. Supermarkets, bus and subway are around the corner.
The room will be available from october 1st, parttime for a few months or longer - if we fit good together.
