Suche für mind. 1 Monat einen WG Mitbewohner für das kleinere Zimmer in der Wohnung.
Das andere Zimmer wird von einer netten, 32-jährigen Frau, die im Medizinbereich arbeitet, bewohnt. Ich selbst verreise gerade lange und viel und suche deshalb Menschen, die in dieser Zeit meine wunderschöne Wohnung bewohnen möchten!
Die Wohnung hat WLAN, eine ausgestattete Küche und Möbel (Schreibtisch, Kommoden, Ausziehcouch und Matratze) mit im Preis inklusive.
In der Gegend gibt es alles was man braucht - Supermärkte (BioCompany/Lidl/Nah und Gut), Kinos (Cinema Paris) und viele gute Restaurants in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ubahn Uhlandstr und Hohenzollernplatz ebenfalls in 5 Min. Zur FU braucht man ca 10 Min mit der Bahn. Naturliebhaber können sich bei einem Anreiseweg von ca. 15 Min an der Krummen Lanke und Schlachtensee austoben. Auch Kreuzberg/Neukölln sind in 20 Minuten mit der U1 zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr sonnig, da Südseite. Sie liegt im Hinterhof, ist also ruhig.

Hi everyone,
I am offering one of two rooms in this flatshare near Kudamm/Central Berlin.
The room is super sunny and furnished. the room has a couch (to sleep on), a desk, a drawer, a clothes' rack and 2 drawers for clothes.
I am travelling a lot and therefore renting out my place. I am looking to rent out the flat for at least 1 month, but preferably longer.
The apartment was renovated 4 years ago and is still very clean and new. The location is great. There are two tube stops nearby and you are so central that anywhere like Neukölln is close (just hop on the tube at Uhlandstr (U1) and you are there in 20 mins). Berlin's Free University is 10 mins away on the tube as are the lakes (great for summer).
I am looking for someone responsible and somewhat quiet as the place faces a Hinterhof and is generally quiet. We can talk about an extension if this suits you.

Das Viertel um die Uhlandstraße ist das alte Berlin, der Charme vom Kudamm, dem Cinéma Paris und den vielen Kultur- und Caféeinrichtungen um die Pariserstraße und den Ludwigkirchplatz ist immer noch greifbar.
Die U1 und viele Busse fahren Richtung Kreuzberg, Zoo, und in den Süden zu den Seen (Krumme Lanke und Schlachtensee).
Anna, 32, ist die Mitbewohnerin! SIe ist nett, offen und sehr sauber. Sie arbeitet seit Kurzem in Berlin.
