Ich fahre in den Urlaub - und vermiete in der Zeit mein schönes Zimmer (nur an Nichtraucher):
3 Fenster, Erker, E-Piano (gute Qualität), französisches Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch, Kommode (s. Fotos).
Im Preis ist alles inklusive (Internet etc.), auch mein Fahrrad kann gegebenenfalls benutzt werden.
U2/U7 Bismarckstr.: 3 min zu Fuß
S Charlottenburg (-> Potsdam, Alexanderplatz): 5 min mit dem Fahrrad
TU: 7 min mit dem Fahrrad
UdK: 10 min mit dem Fahrrad
Deutsche Oper: 7 min zu Fuß
Flughafenbus - bus stop airport bus 109 (-> airport Tegel): 3 min zu Fuß
Der nah gelegene Schlosspark Charlottenburg (1 km) ist ideal zum Joggen. Ganz in der Nähe ist auch eine Fußgängerzone (Wilmersdoferstr.) mit Supermärkten und allen möglichen Geschäften und Klein-Restaurants
Die Gegend ist sehr sicher, so dass man auch spät nachts unbesorgt heimkommen kann.
Die Mitbewohner sind eine Italienerin (30) und ein Franzose (31), beide sind berufstätig

The room for rent (22 m2) has 3 windows and a bay. It is furnished with a double bed, a desk, an e-piano (can be used) and a chaise longe (see picture). The wardrobe is in the corridor.
The flat is a beautiful, renovated "Altbauwohnung" with typical high ceilings, parquet etc. and warm, vivid colours. The flat is fully equipped, so that you should find everything that you need.
The price covers everything (internet, electricity etc.), you might also use my bicycle.

S Charlottenburg (-> Potsdam, Alexanderplatz): 5 min by bike
TU: 7 min by bike
Airport Tegel: 15 min by bus
The Castle Charlottenburg with its park is close by (1 km) and perfect for jogging. There is also a pedestrian shopping area (Wilmersdorfer Str.) within 5 min by foot. There are several supermarkets, small restaurants etc. around.
The zone is very safe, so that you can walk around at late night without any danger.
The flatmates are: a French HR manager (m, 32) and an Italian architect (f, 31), both work and come home rather late.
Languages: German, English.
