we re looking for a chilled out female flatmate
our bright flat is located very close to UDK ,C/O Gallery,Technische Universität and few minutes walking distance from u- station uhlandstr/spichernstr and s- station savignyplatz. or busstop Bleibtreustr. we re in the centre of west berlin very well connected to the traffic network. Our area has many good coffee places for example restaurant benedict or coffee Lisboa it’s a feel good area.

Marietta, study’s Illustration and is original from Hungary, when there is any free time she is mostly creative or with her bf who lives in Paris. Max 29, was born in California and worked for a long time as music producer, me patricia the main tenant studied media design and I spent all my free time to be creativ, discover new things and relax with my boyfriend.
we share responsibilities and joy but we also respect one-another's privacy .....its just home!
Its important for us that we can chill in the flat and reload our battery because we re pretty busy- as well we like to have nice kitchen conversations and get a friendly hello, how are you.
The Rent includes all cost please notice the room is with furniture, if you want you can keep the bed, the big closet and a tiny couch but we could organize that the room is without also the walls are painted back to white, you can discuss that with the former flatmate. The house is very old and the flat is bright and has his Charme.
