This room is only available from April 15 to April 29.
My partner and I will be traveling for a couple of weeks so in the meantime we wanted to rent out our beautiful room.
The room is 32m2 and overlooking the yard so it's very quiet all the time regardless of the location of the apartment. The bed is queen sized and there are extra bedsheets which you can use freely. We have a diy open-wardrobe situation going on - there's a very large, industrial style clothing rack which we use to hang our clothes and the shelf space is for anything foldable, books, etc. We'll be emptying out quite a bit of space so you can use them to store your own personal belongings during your stay.
The house is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine, both of which you can use freely.
The apartment is located right behind Wilmersdorfer Arcaden so it's only a 5-10 minutes walking distance to the Bismarckstraße U-Bahn, Wilmersdorfer U-Bahn, and the Charlottenburg S-Bahn stations.
There are plenty of grocery stores (Edeka, Lidl, dm, Eurogida, AlNatura, Netto, Nazar Market to name a few) just 5 minutes away. Besides a Spätkauf down the street, there's also a Russian store at the S-Bahn station which is open 24/7 but provides a better option for Sunday emergencies. It has cheeses, cold cuts, pasta, rice, wine, beer, fresh fruits and veggies, bread etc.
We are a flat share of people either working or studying so, during the day the apartment tends to be very quiet. Depending on the day we like to either sit around the kitchen table eating, drinking, and chatting or also just chilling out separately in the privacy of our rooms.
Every single one of us is very friendly and open to lend a helping hand whenever one might need it.
If you're interested in the room just send me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. From that point on, we can arrange a meeting (Skype or otherwise), also including our flatmates as you will all have to live together in our absence, and go from there :)
