Bei uns wird ein ca. 13-15 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer in einer ca 100 Quadratmeter großen Wohnung im zweiten Stock, direkt am U-Bahnhof Richard-Wagner-Platz und in der näher von deutscher Oper U-Bahnlinie U2 ab 1.1.2021 frei
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Bücherregal, Tisch und Stuhl. Aber die können nach Bedarf raus.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hell, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist perfekt für TU, FU etc.. Studenten, da du mit der U-Bahn in wenigen Minuten am Ernst-Reuter-Platz oder Zoologischer Garten bist; TU Berlin ist ca 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. S - Bahnhof Charlottenburg ist 2 Stationen entfern mit der U-bahn .
Momentan wohnen wir zu zweit in der Wohnung , ein Student und ich . Bei uns ist Sauberkeit und regelmäßige Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume wichtig, aber mach dir keine Sorgen ;) und fühlst du dich wie zuhause, wir machen das zusammen .

We have a 13-15 square meter room in an approx. 100 square meter apartment on the second floor, directly at the Richard-Wagner-Platz underground station and near the German opera underground line U2 from 1.1.2021
The room is furnished with a bed, bookshelf, table and chair. But if you want, the room can be empty.
The rooms are very bright and the kitchen is fully equipped.
The location is perfect for TU, FU etc .. Students, as you can reach Ernst-Reuter-Platz or Zoologischer Garten in a few minutes by subway; TU Berlin can be reached in about 5 minutes by bike. S - Bahnhof Charlottenburg is 2 stations away with the underground.
At the moment there are two of us living in the apartment, a student and me. For us, cleanliness and regular cleaning of the common rooms are important, but don't worry;) and feel like at home, we'll do it together.

Ich vermiete das Zimmer erst einmal für 6 Monate, Verlängerung ist möglich.
