Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß, hell, dank zweier Fenster und besitzt ein schönes Bett, sowie einen Schreibtisch und eine Sitzecke. Alles ist selbst gebaut, da ich Schreiner bin. Dazu gäbe es die Möglichkeit den Kleiderschrank teilweise zu nutzen.
The room is 20sqm, bright, thanks to two windows and has a nice bed, a desk and a sitting area. Everything is built by myself, because I am a carpenter. In addition there would be the possibility to use the wardrobe partly.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Spree auf einer von Kanälen umgebenen Insel und dem Schlosspark Charlottenburg in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Umkreis von 15 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es jede Art von Supermarkt. Der Nächste ist ein Edeka gleich um die Ecke. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist Mierendorffplatz der U7 und die nächste S-Bahnstation ist Jungfernheide am Ring (S41/S42). Der Teufelssee, der Plötzensee, sowie der Tegeler See sind alle mit dem Fahrrad in einer halben Stunde oder weniger zu erreichen.
The apartment is located near the Spree on an island surrounded by canals and the Charlottenburg Palace Park in the immediate vicinity. Within 15 minutes walking distance there is every kind of supermarket. The next one is an Edeka just around the corner. The nearest underground station is Mierendorffplatz on the U7 and the nearest S-Bahn station is Jungfernheide (S41/S42). Teufelssee, Plötzensee and Tegeler See can all be reached by bicycle in half an hour or less.
Mein Name ist Wolf, 28 Jahre alt, und ich bin gelernter Schreiner und habe diese Wohnung peu à peu ausgebaut. Zusammenwohnen würdest du für den Zeitraum mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Luise, 22 Jahre, alt die eine sehr nette Sportwissenschaftsstudentin ist und immer für einen Plausch in der Küche zu haben ist, dir aber auch sicher deinen Raum lässt.
