Hi, I am looking for a tidy Zwischenmieterin for about two months(1.2. - 31.3., flexible).
This room is available from 1st Feb.
In my room, you have basic furnitures and beddings. It has big windows so you can enjoy the sunlight.
This cozy room itself is a bit small but the common living room of this flat is pretty spacious, so it's balanced out. Feel free to use the common space as your working space or a storage room to put your luggages.
The flat consists of three rooms, one kitchen with two fridges, one living room, and one bathroom with a shower booth and a bath tube. Please come and check it out in person!
The warm-rent is €420 and the deposit is also €420(negotiable). No additional fee.
If you stay for two full months, I can offer my room at €400 per month.
I think it's a perfect room for a commuter or a student who wants to save money and time [:

My room in female 3WG is located in Charlottenburg area, very close to Westend S-Bahn station.
It only takes 2 mins by foot to get to the S-Bahn station and bus stops. You can easily reach to Lidl, Edeka, and Rewe in 5-15 mins by foot, and Berlin Central Bus Station (ZOB) in 5 mins by S bahn.
Two Korean female housemates are super warm-hearted people, a graduate student and a internship doer. One can speak Korean, German and English, and the other can speak English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. We from time to time gather and enjoy meals together, but there's been no certain fixed routine or rules for it.
I'm currently out of Germany. Sorry that I can only show few photos,
but you are welcomed to ask me questions and to come to see the flat.
