We live together in a 3-room shared apartment. Your 20sqm room is comfortably furnished with with a king size bed, wardrobe, table and chairs and your own fridge. A nice space to live with 1 or maybe 2 persons

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all the necessary household utensils. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.
In the bathroom there is a large bathtub.

The apartment is located in a traffic-calmed area in the district Charlottenburg in Klausener Kiez near Charlottenburg Palace. There are many small shops, restaurants and cafés in the area. Larger shops can be found in the Wilmersdorfer Straße. The park behind the palace is ideal for relaxing and walking.
Local public transport
The S-Bahn (S41, S42, S46), underground (U2, U7) and bus lines (M45, 109, 309) are all within 10 minutes walking distance.
Long distance traffic
Train stations, Flixbus, the motorways (A100, A115) can be reached quickly. To Schönefeld Airport (SXF) it takes about 70 minutes by train and about 45 minutes by car.
You will be living with an easy going man with many years of experience in shared flats who travelled the world and who is open for many ethnics and cultures, who is sailing the oceans also on rescue missions in the Mediterrarian Sea.
