Hello Berlin! I am looking to start a new WG! Two of my current housemates (a couple) are having a baby and are finding a flat for their new family. The listing for their room is here: https://www.wg-gesucht.de/7936247.html?ma=1. The 3rd housemate is moving back home to Hamburg. Her room is 16sqm and the entire flat is 150m2 with rooms including a kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 other bedrooms. Warm rent is a total of €640 and a deposit of around 3 months is required.
The couple will be taking most of the furniture so costs of shared household furnishings will be divided between us all. Your room is unfurnished. After a three-month probation period to see if we're a good fit, Anmeldung is possible..
We are located near S-Bahn Charlottenburg, Ringbahn Halensee, U-Bahn Adenauerplatz, and several buses only 6 minutes away on foot. We’re in a peaceful yet vibrant neighborhood, near several restaurants and cafes, Lietzensee-park and 4 grocery stores in walking distance. We’re also very close to Kantstraße, known for it's incredible Asian restaurants.
I am looking for people that are used to living with others, meaning they are personable, considerate, respectful, flexible, neat, cleanly, and willing to contribute to a positive home life. I am a violinist who's practicing has never received complaints (I use a mute to dampen the sound). I also love photography, plants, salsa dancing, and food experiences. I like going on bike rides, cooking, watching things together on the couch and making music.
