The apartment is in the 1st floor looking on the courtyard.
The room is around 17-18 m2, furnished with basic stuff; a mattress (140*200) , a big table and chair, no cloth rack at the moment but could be easily arranged.

It is a 2-room apartment. You will be sharing the space with me ( Hazem, 31 ).
A little bit about me : I've been in and out of Berlin since 2014, for the past 6 years I have living in between Cairo, Berlin, Hurghada and Barcelona, so I have' lived in a lot of shared flats and I am quite flexible in terms of co-living. ( The only thing I am not very flexible about is indoor smoking )
I studied urban development at TU which is near by the way, ( either by bike or uban )
Currently I am working in PrenzlauerBerg, usually I am everyday at the office but lately sometimes I am working 2 days a week from home.

Es ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Sie werden es mit mir teilen (Hazem, 31).
Ein bisschen über mich: Ich bin seit 2014 in Berlin[ hin un zurück] , seit 6 Jahren lebe ich zwischen Kairo, Berlin, Hurghada und Barcelona, also habe ich in vielen WGs gelebt und bin es auch ziemlich flexibel (Das einzige, worüber ich nicht sehr flexibel bin, ist das Rauchen in Innenräumen.)
Ich habe an der TU Stadtentwicklung studiert ( TU ist in der nahe und mit dem Fahrrad oder der U-Bahn leicht zu erreichen ist).
Zur Zeit arbeite ich in PrenzlauerBerg, normalerweise bin ich jeden Tag im Büro, aber in letzter Zeit arbeite ich manchmal 2 Tage die Woche von zu Hause.
