The room is 19 m2 and comes fully furnished. It is located on the East side, which provides plenty of daylight in the mornings and during the day. I will leave a wardrobe, a bed frame with a mattress, a kallax, curtains and 2 small tables. The cost of the furniture is €180 (negotiable). No couples allowed.

It is extremely important to have all the documents required as the candidates will be screened by the landlord and the ultimate decision is on the latter.
The apartment is very big (133 m2), located on the 5th floor (chill, there's an elevator!) and the shared areas are: 1 bathroom, 1 small bathroom, 1 kitchen with dishwasher, 1 small shared room to store things or host friends/relatives once in a while.

You're going to share the flat with:

They are cool and friendly flatmates with lots interests. They sometime organise movie nights, dinners and walks together and never refuse small talks in the shared areas. Of course, privacy is valued. The cleaning plan is flexible.
