Ich würde für mein schönes WG-Zimmer zum 1.7. eine/n Nachmieter/in suchen.
Das Zimmer selbst befindet sich in einer 3-Zimmer Wohnung im 5.Stock (mit Aufzug :) und schaut direkt auf den Spreekanal und grüne Bäume. Es hat zwei schöne große Fenster, die viel Tageslicht hineinlassen.
Wie schon oben gesagt befindet sich in dem Zimmer bereits ein großes Bett (180x200), ein Nachtisch und eine Kommode, die alle direkt vom Vermieter gestellt werden. Weiters gibt es auch die Möglichkeit die Gardinen des Vermieter aufzuhängen.
Ich würde auch gerne meine IKEA Couch in dem Zimmer belassen für 100 € (OVP 170€ im November gekauft). Diese passt durch die kompakte Größe schön in das Zimmer und man kann sie zur Schlafcouch umwandeln.
Ein Highlight der Wohnung ist aber bestimmt das Badezimmer, das frisch saniert wurde und neben einem riesigen Spiegel mit integriertem Licht sowohl eine Regendusche als auch Badewanne hat.
Die Küche wurde ebenfalls neu eingebaut und besitzt neben einer schönen Spüle auch einen Induktionsherd.
Für laue Sommerabende bietet das Zimmer des Mitbewohners auch noch einen kleinen Balkon, der aber nur durch dieses Zimmer betreten werden kann.

I would be looking for a new tenant for my beautiful flat share room from the 1.7.
The room itself is located in a 3-room apartment on the 5th floor (with elevator :) and looks directly onto the Spreekanal and green trees. It has two beautiful large windows, which let in a lot of daylight.
As already mentioned above, the room already has a large bed (180x200), a nightstand and a chest of drawers, all of which are provided directly by the landlord. Furthermore, there is also the possibility to hang up the curtains.
I would also like to leave my IKEA couch in the room for 100 € (OVP 170€ bought in November). It fits nicely into the room because of its compact size and can be converted into a sofa bed.
A highlight of the apartment is definitely the bathroom, which has been freshly renovated and has a huge mirror with integrated light as well as a rain shower and a bathtub.
The kitchen was also newly installed and has a beautiful sink as well as an induction cooker.
For mild summer evenings, the room of the flatmate also offers a small balcony, which can only be entered through this room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Spreekanal, der sich perfekt für eine Joggingrunde oder entspannte Nachmittage am Wasser eignet.
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Busstation Richtung Bahnhof Zoo oder Alexanderplatz. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man auch die U-Station Ernst-Reuter Platz.
Edeka und Co sind ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke.
Die Lage bietet sich vor allem für Studenten der Technischen Universität an, da diese nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt ist.
The apartment is located right next to the Spreekanal, which is perfect for a jogging tour or relaxing afternoons by the water.
Directly in front of the front door is the bus station towards Bahnhof Zoo or Alexanderplatz. In a few minutes walking distance you can also reach the underground station Ernst-Reuter Platz.
Edeka and Co are also just around the corner.
The location is especially suitable for students of the Technical University, as it is only a few hundred meters away.
Die Wohnung hat 3 WG-Zimmer, wobei zurzeit nur 2 bewohnt sind. Mein Mitbewohner wird jedoch ebenfalls im Juli ausziehen, sodass nun eine ganz neue WG zusammengestellt wird. Für etwaige Konstellationen kann man mit dem sehr netten Vermieter gerne gesondert reden.
The apartment has 3 rooms in a shared flat, only 2 of which are currently occupied. My roommate will also move out in July, so a completely new flat share will be put together. For possible constellations you can talk to the very nice landlord separately.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 610€.
Dies beinhaltet Heiz und Betriebskosten.
Internet kann auch inkludiert werden, muss aber mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden.
Kaution sind drei Nettokaltmieten.
Besichtigungen werden nur einzeln und mit Gesichtsmaske durchgeführt!
