Cozy room with balcony. in a huge apartment, with an amazing and spacious living room, big kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub and shower separated, one extra toilette, 2 storage rooms, big hallway with another small room for jackets and shoes and 3 more rooms (already occupied by the flatmates). In the WG everybody pays the same price for rent, which is 560 warm plus an extra of around 10 euros for the internet. A good point is that every flatmate has an own contract, so there is no main-tenant, in this case you don't depend on anyone to keep living here. It's also good to know that there is a basement where you can park your bike.
The flat is located next to the U2 Kaiserdamm (exactly 1 minute walking) and 5 minutes walking to the Ring-Bahn Messe Nord/ICC. Around you can find supermarkets like Rewe, LIDL, Aldi, Bio Market, restaurants, Spätkauf and all the necessary stores for a daily basis.
The WG is composed by 2 super friendly girls (one from Spain and the other from Germany) and a cool Brazilian guy. They are all open-minded, respectful, focused on their work but also enjoying moments together with a beer or wine and good food.
