Das Foto ist noch von meiner Vormieterin. Ich würde es unmöbiliert vermieten (wobei 160x200 Matratze mit Lattenrost noch drin wäre und du es übernehmen könntest) da ich zur Zeit das andere Zimmer umbau so dass ich da mit meinen Materialien und allem drum und dran rein passe. Auf dem Balkon stehen 2 Stühle die ich entweder für dich da stehen lassen kann oder in den Keller packen kann. Im Frühling lässt es sich gut auf dem Balkon anbauen, auch wenn dieser nur 1m2 beträgt, gibt es so Metall Halter für Blumenkästen;)
My 10m2 room is becoming available!
The picture is from my previous renter. I would rent it out without furniture, I do have a 160x200 matress with the things undearneath if you would like to take it over feel free! As of now I am rebuilding the other room so all the materials, bed and myself fit in it. Besides, on the balcony, there are two chairs which we can keep there or put in the cellar. But those are details that we can discuss later:) In springtime you can plant nicely as there are bucket holders pre"installed":D
Alle Fenster schauen zum Innenhof wo es außer Vögel echt ruhig bleibt.
3min Fußweg zur U7 am Mierendorfplatz. Dort fahren auch Busse wessen Linie ich nicht weiß.
All windows are facing the inner courtyard where, besides a few birds, it is always quiet.
The flat is 3min walking distance to the U7 at the Mierendorfplatz. There are also busses which lines I don`t know.
Ich bin die einzige Mitbewohner*in und würde mich über eine aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner*in sehr freuen. Ab und an Pivatsphäre brauche ich schon noch und kann deine Bedürfnisse gleichermaßen respektieren. Trotzdem würde ich mich über gemeinsame Zeit auch freuen.
Ich weiß, wie schwierig die jetzige Situation für Jemanden die/der etwas in Berlin sucht, sein mag. Daher entschuldige ich mich im Voraus, sollte ich mich nicht ausführlich bei dir melden können. Wenn du das alles gelesen hast, erwähne "Käfer" in deiner Nachricht.
