Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof und ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Eine große Küche mit Waschmaschine und Esstisch, sowie zwei kleine Abstellräume sind auch zum gemeinsame Nutzen da.
Das Zimmer ist ~15 qm groß und verfügt über ein großes Fenster Richtung Innenhof. Es wird vorzugsweise teilmöbliert gegen einen Abschlag von 150€ für das Bett (mitt Matratze und Lattenrost), Nachttisch und Kleiderständer übergeben.

The flat is on the back side of the complex and therefore quiet. The kitchen has a washing machine, small dinner table and two small storage rooms.
The room is ca. 15 square meters and has a big window facing the patio. The room will be offered preferably with a bed and mattress, nightstand and a clothes rack which should be taken over for 150€.

Zu Fuß ist U2 in nur 2 Minuten und Ringbahn in nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen. In nur 3-4 Minuten ist man bei Lietzensee und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl und Netto) stehen zur Verfügung. Ganz viele Cafes und Restaurants sind in der Nähe der Wohnung zu finden. Gute Bars findest du aber etwas weiter weg!

You can reach U2 in 2 minutes and Ringbahn in 3 minutes on foot. Lietzensee is right around the corner and many different grocery shopping options are available. You can find a lot of nice restaurants and cafes near the flat. Good bars are a bit farther away!

Da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe, werde ich mein beliebtes Zimmer in Charlottenburg verlassen. Hier erwartet dich eine entspannte WG im Herzen Charlottenburgs. Dein Mitbewohner, Ali, ist ein Ingenieur und 30 Jahre alt. Er ist sehr gesellig, offen und hilfsbereit. In seiner Freizeit macht er oft Sport und geht Radfahren. Wenn du bei irgendwas Hilfe oder Unterstützung brauchst, kannst du dich auf ihn verlassen. Auch bei Problemen ist er sehr pragmatisch und es gibt kein Drama mit ihm! Er ist definitiv der beste Mitbewohner, den ich jemals hatte.

Hier ist keine Party WG, aber paar Freunde einzuladen geht natürlich immer. Ein geregeltes Einkommen ist natürlich von Vorteil. Übrigens, eine Anmeldung hier ist möglich und es wird einen Untermietvertrag mit der Zustimmung von dem Vermieter geben.
Das Zimmer ist bis Dezember dieses Jahr verfügbar. Danach läuft der Hauptmietvertrag ab.

By the way, you can get an "Anmeldung from the citizen registration office (Bürgeramt) here. You will be given a sublease and the consent of the landlord, so it won't be a problem. I've seen my fair share of shady offers here, so I thought I'd just write this here. The room is available until the end of December this year. After that the contract with the landlord is finished.
