I´m looking for a tenant for a 1 private bedroom with balcony in a 2 bedroom apartment.
The room is furnished. It´s cozy, bright, and has a size of 24 qm/square foot. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen and a washing machine. Rent includes internet, water, electricity, and a parking lot in the enclosed yard. 1500,- EURO deposit required. Non-smokers only. There is a cleaning service once a month but regular cleaning of the common areas is still necessary. The surroundings are quiet and urban, near to cafes, restaurants, and the lovely lake Lietzensee.
Excellent connections to public transportation only 5 min. by foot: Metro: U2, U7, S-Bahn: Ring und Charlottenburg
If you are looking for a quiet spot with excellent transportation facilities to every part of Berlin this is for you. I´m looking for a responsible tenant for a minimum 9-month commitment with the option. to extend.
