mein lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer freut sich auf eine*n Zwischenmieter*in vom Zeitraum 27. August - März 2023.
Wir wohnen im schönen Schloss-Kiez 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Schloss Charlottenburg. Die Ringbahn ist innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreichbar und von dort sind es nur noch 15 Minuten, um im Grunewald die Natur zu genießen. Im Kiez findest du etliche Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte, Parks, Apotheken und Bäckereien. Tagsüber hat die Nachbarschaft eine lebhafte Atmosphäre, bei Nacht ist die Straße ruhig und man kann mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
Ich suche einen Menschen, der einen entspannten und ausgeglichenen Lebensrhythmus pflegt und die Wohnung als ein gemütliches, einladendes Zuhause respektiert und schätzt. Bei Interesse freue ich mich über deine Nachricht und stehe für Rückfragen bereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe kann in der letzten August Woche arrangiert werden.

Dear people,
my light-flooded room is ready to welcome you from 27 August - March 2023.
I live in the beautiful Schloss-Kiez 5 minutes walk from Schloss Charlottenburg. The Ringbahn is only 2 minutes walking distance and from there it is only 15 minutes to enjoy nature in Grunewald.
In the neighborhood you will find numerous cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques, supermarkets, parks, independent bookshops, galleries and bakeries. During the day the neighborhood has a lively international atmosphere, at night the street is quiet and you can sleep soundly with the window open.
In this 2-room apartment you can be greeted by the sunrise streaming into the 30m2 east facing bedroom and enjoy the afternoon sun from the west-facing kitchen from lunch until sunset. This can be great if you're working from home for which there are several workareas to choose from.
I am looking for someone who is after a balanced pace of life and will respect and appreciate the flat as a comfortable, welcoming home. If you are interested, I would be happy to hear from you and am available to answer any questions. The handover of the keys can be arranged in the last week of August.
