Ich bin Florent (25) und ich suche für den Zeitraum zwischen dem 01.04. – 01. 05. einen Bewohner zur Zwischenmiete in meiner möblierten Wohnung (65m2) in Berlin-Charlottenburg. Ich werde aus Reise bzw. beruflichen Gründen in dieser Zeit nicht in Berlin sein und hättet die Wohnung für euch alleine. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad.
Euer Schlafzimmer hat alles was ihr braucht: ein großes 1,40er Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Kommode und sogar einen Balkon. Zudem werdet ihr noch ein großes Wohnzimmer haben. Die Küche ist frisch renoviert und das Bad hat eine Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine.
Schreibt mir gerne bei Interesse eine Nachricht, dann können wir uns gerne mal zur Zimmerbesichtigung verabreden (online bzw. persönlich.)

I am Florent (25) and I am looking for a resident for interim rent in my furnished apartment (65m2) in Berlin-Charlottenburg for the period between 01.04. - 01. 05. I will not be in Berlin for travel or professional reasons in this time and would have the apartment for you alone.
The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom.
Your bedroom has everything you need: a large 1.40 bed, desk, closet, chest of drawers and even a balcony. In addition, you will have a large living room. The kitchen is freshly renovated and the bathroom has a bathtub, shower and washing machine.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem grünen, ruhigen, aber sehr charmanten Viertel mit netten Cafes und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In 2 - 10 Minuten erreicht man alle möglichen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bus, U-Bahn, S-Bahn). Außerdem ist man in 2 Minuten Fußweg am Schloss Charlottenburg und dem wunderschönen Park direkt an der Spree, wo man z.b. joggen oder entspannen kann. Die TU ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad zu erreichen.
