We're looking for a new roommate to live with us.
Before I describe the WG and everything about it, here's the important thing: you need to be able to apply as Hauptmieter (main tenant). For that, the landlord is asking for the following:
- SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) rating
- Arbeitsvertrag/Selbständigkeitsnachweis (not 100% about this, but probably)
- Mietschuldenfreiheit
- Nachweis Einkommen 3x Nettokaltmiete (with Bürgen lists with in the contract possible) 3 last Gehaltnachweise.
- Personalausweis
So now to the WG info:
The WG is in a fifth floor (top floor), with no elevator. It is 81 m2. The free room is ROOM 2 (15m2). It is not furnished, pretty spacious and has big windows. The WG has 3 rooms + kitchen + bathroom + storage area. Kitchen comes with stove and sink, so we’ll have to buy the rest (fridge, countertops, microwave, whatever we shall need). Although, there is a possibility that we can keep some of the furniture if we/you are interested. The apartment is really beautiful, the way down the stairs is longer than the way to the S Bahn Station and the Schlossgarten Charlottenburg, right around the corner.
The Nettokaltmiete 1159€ (Staffelmietvertrag 3.5%) + Betriebskosten (161€). The Warmmiete will be defined once we hire our own services. We have a boiler (Gasetagenheizung) in the apartment.
The area is very calm, residential. 3 minutes away walking to the S Bahn station Westend. U Richard-Wagner-Platz is 20 minutes away walking. Schloss Charlottenburg is not even 10 minutes away walking. Overall, it’s a beautiful area.
About us:
Jonas (26) is moving to Berlin for the practical year of his medical studies. He's an open minded, positive and clean person who loves to be around friends and likes to get to know new people. In his free time he likes to work out, do yoga and bike and is a huge fan of music and dejaying. Therefore on the weekends you can find him in a club from time to time ;)
Gonzalo (25), comes from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has been living in Berlin since January 2022. His mother language is Spanish, but he also speak English and a little bit of Portuguese. He's also currently learning German improving it day by day.
He's an audiovisual designer, photographer and video editor, currently working as a kitchen helper in a Café.
He's a responsible and tidy person. He's very interested in astronomy, enjoys cycling, walking, listening to music, cooking, and taking photos. He also like to travel and is looking forward to discovering many new corners.
