As my previous flatmate is leaving Berlin, I am looking for a new flatmate for the period May - end of July :)
The room is about 13 m2 and fully furnished (sofa bed, work table & chair, wardrobes).
- Very bright location with view to inner courtyard (therefore very quiet).
The apartment is about 65m2 and contains 2 rooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a storage room. Besides, there is a very nice terrace with afternoon sun, great opportunity to sunbathe and good view of interesting neighbors.
Big courtyard with storage for your bike.
The apartment is equipped with:
- WLAN
- TV with Netflix, Youtube etc. (if you have Amazon Prime, +1)

Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 m2 gross und vollkommend möbliert (also Sofa-Bett, Arbeitstisch & Stuhl, Schränke).
- Sehr helle Lage mit Blick auf Innenhof (daher sehr ruhig).
Die Wohnung ist ca. 65m2 gross und enthält 2 Zimmer, ein grosses Wohnzimmer, eine vollkommend ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein Ablageräumchen. Ausserdem, gibt es eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Nachmittagssonne, tolle Möglichkeit zum Sonnen und guten Blick auf interessante Nachbarn.
Süsser Innenhof mit Abstellmöglichkeit für dein Fahrrad.
Die Wohnung ist dazu ausgestattet mit:

Very international Wg with me: I speak German, English, French or Italian as you wish (I can be whatever nationality you want).
- I am a student myself and I am doing an internship in Berlin (so I am usually not at home during the week, except when I am doing home-office). I would prefer someone who is doing an internship themselves or who works during the week.
In my free time I like to be out and about and meet friends, go to museums or party. But I also like to be at home and read, paint or chill in front of a series.
What is especially important to me in the WG:
- A good living together & communication, I like to cook for two or do something with you ;) I already had several Wg experiences and like to meet new people.
- Very clean WG (a respected cleaning schedule is important to me)

Sehr internationale Wg mit mir: ich spreche je nach Wunsch deutsch, englisch, französisch oder italienisch (I can be whatever nationality you want)
- Ich bin selbst Studentin und mache ein Praktikum in Berlin (bin daher unter der Woche meistens nicht zu Hause, ausser wenn ich Home-office mache). Mir wäre am liebsten jemand der selbst ein Praktikum macht oder unter der Woche arbeitet.
In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne unterwegs und treffe Freunde, geh ins Museum oder mal feiern. Ich bin aber auch sehr gerne zu Hause und lese, male oder chille vor einer Serie.
Was mir in der WG besonders wichtig ist:
- Ein gutes Zusammenleben & Kommunikation, gerne koche ich zu zweit oder unternehme mal was mit dir ;) Ich hatte schon mehrere Wg Erfahrungen und lerne gerne neue Leute kennen.
- Sehr saubere WG (ein eingehaltener Putzplan ist mir wichtig)
