NICHT möbliertes Zimmer! Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind jedoch voll ausgestattet.
Da ich unerwartet eine perfekte Wohnung angeboten bekommen habe, möchte ich dir gerne mein geliebtes Zimmer in der besten WG anbieten! Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat eine (luxuriöse) Fußbodenheizung und bietet dir sogar eine eigene Arbeitsecke - wenn du sie so nutzen möchtest. Die Fenster gehen zu einer ruhigen Straße raus.

The room is NOT FURNISHED - the shared spaces are fully equipped though: kitchen, living area, bathroom, and balcony have everything you need (excl. towels, groceries, etc. ;))
Since I was offered an amazing apartment out of the blue, I would like to offer you my beloved room in the best shared flat! The room is very bright, has (luxurious) floor heating, and even includes a nice workspace. The windows face a quiet street.
Super ruhige, zentrale Lage, Nähe Ernst-Reuter-Platz (4 Min) und TU Berlin (2 Min)
ÖPNV ist einfach zu erreichen und nutzen: Busse vor der Haustür (M45, 245, 101), U-Bahn in der Nähe (U2 8 Min zu Fuß, U7 10 Min zu Fuß), S-Bahn Anschlüsse in der Nähe via Tiergarten oder Bahnhof Zoo (jeweils ca. 15 Min zu Fuß)
Auch fußläufig: super Gemüsedöner Rüyam (2 Min), REWE/EDEKA (10 Min), Rossmann & Apotheke (10 Min), Post/Pakete (10 Min), Landwehrkanal(10 Min)

Wir sind eine Gemeinschafts-WG, das heißt wir unternehmen gerne was zusammen, unterhalten uns, usw. Dabei achten wir auch auf unsere Freiräume und jeder macht trotzdem sein Ding :) Also, alles kann - nichts muss!
Ein freundlicher und rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander und mit der Wohnung ist uns sehr wichtig. Als Berufstätigen-WG sind die Abende unter der Woche meistens ruhig (Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel ;)) und sprechen uns ab, wenn wir etwas in der Wohnung planen. Dinge des täglichen Lebens (bspw. Klopapier, Öl, usw.) teilen wir uns und splitten die Kosten :)

We are a close shared flat, which means we like to do things together, talk, hang out, etc. Still, we also pay attention to our own space and everyone still does their own thing :) So, everything is possible but no pressure either way!
A friendly and considerate behavior toward each other and toward the apartment is very important to us. As we're all working, the weeknights are mostly quiet (with few exceptions ;)) and we coordinate if something is planned in the apartment. We share different items of daily use (eg. toilet paper, oil, etc.) and split the costs :)
