Your potential room is 20 square meters and is located on the back of the local store below us. The room is rented fully furnished and I would be happy to leave you my closet and my lamp for a small fee. In the apartment we have 3 bathrooms, each with shower and bah tube and a washing machine. Also, we have 3 toilets. We also have a large kitchen and a kind of living room to spend together
We can afford to have a cleaning lady come in once a week to keep the common areas clean for us, which has the advantage that we don't need a cleaning schedule. Nevertheless, a certain level of basic cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, is important to us.
The apartment is near the U7 station Mierendorffplatz. Bus stations nearby are Quedlinburger Straße (X9) and Ilsenburger Straße (M27), so you can get to the Ringbahn (Jungfernheide 1 station) or the zoo (10 minutes) very quickly. The TU main campus is two bus stops away and can be reached by bike within 5 minutes.
Shops are within 5-10 minutes walk Aldi, Rewe, Netto (red), Lidl and Edeka. Dining options are also plentiful.
