The room is hell and has a friendly atmosphere. There is newer furniture (Ikea cupboard) and also older, self-made furniture (bed). A desk can be improvised from a slab of wood with a smaller table underneath. In the room there are 2 floorstanding speakers and a digital amplifier along with a CD player. You can connect e.g. a PC, mp3 player, etc. The apartment is on the third floor and is 85m² in size. It consists of a kitchen, shower room (tiled white) and 2 large rooms, all of which lead off the hallway. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, ... .In the attic there is a room for drying clothes and a storage room. Bicycle cellar and garden for shared use are available.
The location berlin ;you can quickly do everything by bike, shops of all kinds, the harbour, beer houses and everything else you need in everyday life can be reached by bike or on foot within minutes. The nearest train station (S-Bahn, U-Bahn) is 5-10 minutes away
Alles was das Herz begehrt ist da. Als dein MitbeNichtraucherwohnung. Es gibt insgesamt 2 Zimmer in dieser Wohnung mit großer Küche mit Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, Wasproduzent für den guten Zweck. Ich freue mich immer über internationale Gäste. Englisch wäre für die Verständigung sehr hilfreich.chmaschDas ist ein wohner, der die Stellung hält, bin ich selbstständiger Video
Ansonsten fände ich es richtig cool, mit jemandem zusammenzuleben, der sich schon Gedanken darüber gemacht hat, wie wir diesen Planeten zu einem schöneren Ort machen können. Ich (w, 28) lebe seit den 90er Jahren hier. In dieser Wohnung habe ich von Anfang an WGs realisiert (2 Zimmer, Bad, ); nicht nur mit Studenten. Ich lebe einfach gerne in Gesellschaft. Es gibt auch einen Ficus in der Küche, der von Zeit zu Zeit gegossen werden muss.
