Room is simple, but comfortable. A queen-sized bed, big wardrobe locker and a desk with cupboards.
The heating system works well, so you won't be cold in winter.
Best part the apartment imo is the kitchen, a spacious space with all the needed appliances.
We do have a dishwasher! And a washing machine too. There is enough kitchen cutlery and tools, so you don't have to bring your own, but any addition which we could share is welcome.
The apartment is located on the last, 5th floor.
Located on the long Bismarck straße, U-bahn is very close by, and the S-bahn is 10 minutes away. Has a good connection to the rest of Berlin, especially with the new U12 line.
Since my roommate is moving away to live with her best friend, I am looking for someone to share the same quiet, easy-going life we did. I am living in the other bedroom, usually busy with my job or just reading, but I try to spend most time being outside when I can.
Ideally, our personalities would match, and we could spend some evenings in the kitchen talking over coffee about favourite books or how to conquer the world (joke), but as long as you are respectful and somewhat responsible, we'll do fine.
Since my studies, I liked being in the international environment, speaking and learning multiple languages, curious about the world and having friends from all over.
We can have a video call, but I would prefer if you could come to the apartment for viewing, to make sure you like everything as it is.
