Mein WG-Zimmer wird temporär vom 10.7.23 - 31.7.23 frei. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett (Einzelbett), einem großen Schreibtisch, einem Bürostuhl und genug Raum für Kleidung ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer (im Verlgeich zu den Schlafzimmern). Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Die Gesamtmiete setzt sich folgendermaßen zusammen (auf Tage berechnet):

I'm offering my room in Berlin-Charlottenburg from July 10 to July 31. The room has a bed, a desk, a chair and enough room for your clothes. Single bed. The apartment has a cute kitchen and a quite big living room (in comparison with the bedrooms). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
The total rent is made up as follows (calculated on days):
July: 330 € (22 days)
Die Wohunung ist sehr nah an den U-Bahn-Stationen Bismarckstraße (U2/U7) und Richard-Wagner-Platz (U7). Es gibt viele Supermärkte (Ulrich, Aldi, Penny), Restaurants (den besten Falafelladen Berlins gleich gegenüber!) und Apotheken direkt in der Straße.

The apartment is very close to the U-Bahn stations Bismarckstraße (U2/U7) and Richard-Wagner-Platz (U7). There are many supermarkets (Ulrich, Aldi, Penny), restaurants (the best falafel place in Berlin!) and pharmacies directly in the street.
Zuerst wirst du mit einer netten bayrischen Frau zusammenwohnen. Sie schließt ihren Master ab.
Anschließend wird einer meiner besten Freunde ihr Zimmer bis Ende September übernehmen. Er ist 29 und arbeitet für das Berlinale Film Festival. Er trifft gerne neue Leute und unternimmt gerne Dinge zusammen, aber das ist kein Muss. Er wird wahrscheinlich sowieso viel Arbeit haben.
Es ist uns wichtig, eine offene Kommunikation zu haben und die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich zu halten. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

At the beginning you will share the apartment with a friendly bavarian woman who is finishing her masters.
After that, one of my closest friends will take over her room for the remaining time. He is 29 years old and works at the Berlinale Film Festival. He's open to meeting new people and doing stuff together but it's not a must. He'll probably have a lot of work anyway...
Having an open communication, cleaning and keeping things in order is very important for us. Animals are unfortunately not allowed.
