Das Zimmer ist ca 28-20 m2 groß. Es hat wunderschöne hohe Decken, und ein großes Fenster, durch das viel Licht kommt. Das Fenster geht nach hinten raus, es ist also sehr ruhig. Die Möbel sind alle relativ neu. Das Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad kannst Du natürlich mit nutzen. Die ganze Wohnung ist ziemlich frisch renoviert.
Ich wünsche mir jemanden, der ordentlich ist, sich gesund ernährt, nicht raucht und sorgsam mit meinen Sachen umgeht.
Und wenn Du einen grünen Daumen hast, noch besser, die Pflanzen bräuchten Wasser in der Zeit in der ich nicht da bin. (sie sind aber sehr unkompliziert).
The room is about 28-20 m2 big. It has beautiful high ceilings and a large window that lets in lots of light. The window faces the backyard, so it's very quiet. The furniture is quite new. Of course you can use the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The whole apartment is newly renovated.
I am looking for someone who is tidy, eats healthy, does not smoke and is careful with my belongings.
And if you have a green thumb, even better, the plants will need water when I'm not around ;). (but they are very uncomplicated).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral.
Direkt vor der Haustür ist der Eingang zur Spichernstraße und der U9 und U3.
Zum Zoo kommt man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten und mit der Bahn in 3. Jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind also fußläufig zu erreichen. Die UDK ist direkt gegenüber.
The location is very central.
The entrance to U Spichernstraße (U9 and U3) is right outside the front door.
You can walk to the Zoo in 10 minutes or take the train which takes like 3 minutes. All shopping facilities are within walking distance. The UDK is directly on the other side of the street.
Du hast viel Raum für Dich, da meine Mitbewohnerin Luca viel arbeitet. Sie kommt aus Amerika und ist Vocal Coach. Wir arbeiten beide auch im Bereich der alternativen Heilmethoden und Pflanzenmedizin.
Da uns beiden ein harmonisches Leben zuhause sehr wichtig ist, suchen wir jemanden der unsere Ansprüche an Sauberkeit, Harmonie und wenn es um essen geht auch Nachhaltigkeit teilt.
You will have lots of space for yourself because my roommate Luca works a lot. She comes from America and is a vocal coach. We both also work in the field of alternative healing methods and herbal medicine.
Since a harmonious life at home is very important to both of us, we are looking for someone who shares our standards of cleanliness, harmony and, when it comes to food, sustainability.
Ich werde auf lange Sicht Berlin verlassen, falls es also passt, gäbe es auch die Möglichkeit länger zu bleiben.
