Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert und kommt ausgestattet mit einem Fernseher, Schreibtisch mit ausreichend Platz, Bett, Couch und genügend Verstauraum. Zwei große Fenster. Altbauwohnung dementsprechend hohe Decken. WLAN natürlich inkl. Du hast Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer sowie der Küche und dem Badezimmer.
Room is already furnished and comes with a TV, Desk with enough working space, a bed, Couch and enough storage room. Two big windows. WIFI included. You will also have access to a shared living room as well as bathroom and kitchen.
Wir befinden uns in direkter Umgebung zum Schloss Charlottenburg und dem angeschlossenen Park. Eine relativ ruhige Gegend, mit ein paar Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Bus Richtung Kurfürstendamm fährt direkt vor der Tür. Die U7 ist in 7min zu erreichen. Ringbahn in 12min Laufweg oder 3min mit dem Bus. Bis zum Zentrum fährt man gewöhnlich 25-30min.

Wir sind eine Studenten-WG mit 4 Personen auf 126qm. Seit ein paar Monaten haben wir auch eine kleine Hündin, sie ist sehr schüchtern und leise also keine Sorge! Das WG-Leben ist recht flexibel, wir unternehmen gerne was oder kochen zusammen, aber das ist natürlich kein Muss. Man kann sich sehr gut zurückziehen und einfach sein Ding machen wenn man das will. Meine Mitbewohner (20&22) werden während meiner Abwesenheit da sein um dir das Zimmer und alles weitere zu zeigen.

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer während meines USA-Aufenthaltes unter! Das ist kein Angebot für ein längerfristiges WG-Zimmer! Innerhalb des Zeitraumes können Einzug und Auszug flexibel gelegt werden. Auch für Pärchen geeignet. Für das Zimmer verlange ich eine Monatsmiete plus 100€ Kaution, die du nach Ablauf der Zeit zurück bekommst. Du musst lediglich eine Kopie deines Personalausweises vorlegen und ein Formular ausfüllen. Ich freu mich dich/euch kennenzulernen.
I am renting my room out while I am in the US. This is not an offer for permanent stay. Couples are welcome to rent as well.
